Dr. Crystal Imankhan, OD

Dr. Crystal Imankhan earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Western University of Health Sciences, after receiving her Bachelor of Sciences degree in Biology from the prestigious University of Washington. She completed her externship training in advanced ocular diseases; with a focus in Diabetic Retinopathy, Glaucoma, and Macular Degeneration at two Veterans Affairs Hospitals in Florida. She went on to further her training in myopia management and Ortho-K lenses at Golden Vision Optometry in San Francisco, California. Then expanded her knowledge in refractive surgery: LASIK, SMILE, PRK at IQ Laser Vision in Cupertino, California.

Since her training, she’s been working in various general ophthalmology practices helping patients across Southern California. With her primary focus being ocular disease prevention and management. She’s worked very closely with numerous surgeons, from retina specialists to genetic ocular disease specialists, helping patients with rare vision impairing conditions regain vision.

She’s also very knowledgeable in helping patients achieve their dreams of getting out of glasses, improving their cosmetic appearance, pterygium removals, eyelid repairs, cataract surgery, lens replacement, and glaucoma surgery.

Together with Dr. Soroudi, we can help you achieve your dreams of vision clarity, and improved ocular health.

During her free time, Dr. Imankhan volunteers at local vision clinics, and participates in research for Graves Disease. On the weekends she plays pickle ball, goes skiing, hiking, and enjoys catching sunsets at the beach.
